Mortgages

Managing your mortgage just got easier. From finding new information online about your loan to seeing real-time payments, we are enhancing this system for U.

First Mortgages

We are adding more to your current online account access portal. Through the online access portal, you will now be able to see history, transactions, and more about your mortgage. With that said, the current existing site will go away once we go live. Everything will be through the Partners 1st online account access login.

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

Like credit cards, we will have a new card management site specifically for credit cards. Through this site, you can get card information, review statements, dispute transactions, and more. In addition, HELOCs will no longer be used as Overdraft Protection. Members who have this currently set up, have been sent letters with more information.

Second Mortgages

The biggest change here are new loan numbers. Since we are moving away from account suffixes, you will not see an “L” at the end of your account number anymore. Be on the lookout for further communication about this change.

Statements

Monthly Statements – These statements are getting a new look! You will still get the same information you normally get around mid-month. Plus, now they will be available through your online account portal.

Annual 1098s – These statements will be available through your online account portal.

Annual Escrow Letter – These statements are getting a new look!

ARM Notices – These statements are getting a new look!
