Paid Time Off We encourage our team to take time away from the office to recharge through vacation, sick, personal, and holiday time. Our team gets 11.5 paid holidays per year! -
Community Development We live, work, and play in the areas our branches are located. It is important we get into our communities to give back. You can choose charities and organizations you are passionate about and get up to 8 hours of paid volunteer time. -
Continuing Education Partners 1st offers tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year so our team members have the opportunity to advance in their careers and become more efficient in their fields of interest. -
401(k) Match There are three steps to our 401(k) program. First, everyone gets 3% automatically when they enroll. From there, we match up to another 4%. Finally, we award up to another 4% each year depending on our success from the previous year. -
