As we near the final stages of our merger with General Credit Union, we have some very important information to share with you regarding Easter weekend (March 30 - April 1).  During those three days, we will be migrating your data from the General Credit Union computer system to the Partners 1st system.  Since mid-October, our team has been working with the two system’s vendors to ensure the smoothest and most accurate data transition possible.

Unfortunately, the data cannot be transferred without our temporarily disrupting access to your accounts during that weekend.  Therefore, we urge you to review the information below and contact your local branch or our contact center at 800-728-8943 should you have any questions.

General CU Members
We will be shutting down the General Credit Union computer system on Friday evening, March 30.  This will allow us to prepare your account information for migration to the Partners 1st system beginning early Saturday morning and possibly continuing into Sunday.  Our goal is to bring our systems back online as soon as possible while ensuring the complete and accurate transfer of your essential account information.

Please click the button below to see a projected timeline of events and the status of account access each step of the data transfer.
