*Member must have visited 1st Online within last 60 days to be considered an active 1st Online participant. Direct deposit or payroll must have occurred within past 60 days. Privilege Pay loans do not qualify as loans for determining Partnership Levels. Loan discount is lost if moving to another tier with different discount. Must qualify for loan rate discount before disbursement. Accounts with a loan delinquent 25 days or more are assigned to Level 3. Accounts with a negative balance write off, charged off loan or Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy are also assigned to Level 3. Loan rate discounts not applicable on 1st and 2nd mortgages, Creditlines, collection rewrites and Privilege Pay loans. Members must sign up for free identity theft protection.
