Members with 1st Online and a valid e-mail address, automatically opt out of receiving a traditional paper statement for each statement cycle, and instead, opt to retrieve statements with 1st Online's "Statement" button whenever it's most convenient for you! Once you sign up for this service, you will no longer receive a paper monthly statement. This applies to regular and if applicable, Visa statements.
E-statement members will also receive two e-mails monthly from us.
The first e-mail is sent around the 10th of the month as a reminder to our Visa members that their payments are due. The second e-mail is sent around the 25th of each month to remind our members that regular statements are available. These e-mail also includes valuable information about our products and services. All e-mails are sent from the partners1st@partners1stcu.org address so please update your e-mail filters accordingly.
