The "Earn & Learn Club," or E & L Club for short, is for our members ages 10 through 17. E & L The goal of the E & L Club is education. The earlier our young members learn about money, and how to manage it, the greater the chances that they'll make smart money decisions as an adult.

As a E & L Club member you get many benefits!

Need Money for College? We've got a scholarship for you!


Each June, Partners 1st awards five $1000 Charles M. Cook Scholarships to outstanding Partners 1st members. The scholarships are awarded to Partners 1st members who show outstanding achievement in both academics and in their communities.

An entrant must be a Partners 1st member who is either a full-time undergraduate student or a graduating high school senior. Completed applications must include the following: a complete application, a high school/college transcript, a letter of recommendation, and a financial statement. Applications are due by May 31 of each year. Scholarship winners are chosen in late June and notified in early July.
